In this past week, someone tweeted me that 2 of the mainstream protestant churches {Methodist and Episcopalian] were supporters of the premeditated killing of human beings in the womb, and that is a shame and a disgrace.
A reminder that there was a time in the United States when across the nation, children were considered blessings and that churches acknowledged them as such. I have the book The Baptist Hymnal and I looked up a song about children and praising GOD for them.
Baptist Hymn "Lord, for the gift of children ", verse 1:

Here are some of the scriptures that tell me that children in the womb or born are important to GOD:
"Thou shalt not kill" Exodus 20:13, KJV
"Lo, children are an heritage of THE LORD, and the fruit of the womb is HIS reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them; they shall not be ashamed; but they shall speak with the enemes in the gate. " Psalms 127: 3-5; KJV.
"As thou knowest not what is the way of THE SPIRIT, nor how the bones grow in the womb of her that is with child, even so thou knowest not the works of GOD who maketh all. " Ecclesiastes 11: 5, KJV
GOD CONSIDERS ALL MALES AS HOLY UNTO HIM
It is written, " As it is written, in the law of THE LORD, 'every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to THE LORD." Luke 2: 23, KJV
JESUS said, "even so it is not the will of your FATHER [GOD] which is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish. " Matthew 18:14
Also, I ask all churches to remember that the first three chapters of the book of Revelation indicate specific churches that JESUS was addressing as having fallen away from serving HIM, and HE was calling on them to repent. The book of Revelations is the detailed vision that the disciple John saw as revealed by GOD, that he wrote down as instructed by JESUS, and it describes the end of time on earth and the judgement of all and the punishment for the wicked. I urge all churches to study that book of Revelation intently because it is compelling as to how JESUS said HE will also judge the churches that lead people astray. IF you are a church and or a church leader and teach people in the church false doctrine GOD will judge you for that. The premeditated killing of innocent humans is a sin against GOD and HE does not wink-wink at it according to Genesis 9:6, KJV. It is medical fact that HUMANS in the womb are humans, created by GOD and they are precious to GOD. I ask all churches teaching or promoting the false doctrine of abortion as a so-called right to repent today, because the kingdom of GOD is at hand, according to scripture.

This is my selfie [Gloria Poole,RN, artist] in spring 2014 but I look the same except that I am thinner and my hair is longer but I still put it in lop-sided pony tail when I walk about or create art to prevent hair from blowing into my eyes or into paint.That is also me that you see in the "about me" box on right side of this blog and I am wearing a dark grey winter wool hat because that photo was taken of me in state of Georgia in Jan 2010 and my family in Georgia saw me wearing that hat and so did other people. So I am leaving that photo also on this blog for that reason.
